Fat loss is simple. Not easy, very few people can say that. But it is simple.
Being in a calorie deficit, having consistent workouts, and staying patient throughout the process is not something that comes naturally to many people. It’s because of this that many are susceptible to the idea that there are “fat loss secrets.”
But there are no secrets. It is whether you can sustain the small daily action goals you set for yourself in your fitness journey that will eventually dictate whether you get the desired results.
The clichés of consistency and patience are clichés for a reason. Be consistent, put the effort into creating simple training and eating habits. Over time, these will become less challenging.
Don’t be surprised though if it is difficult at the beginning. You are breaking habits that you may have had for years. You didn’t gain fat overnight, so you’re not going to lose it overnight. Have patience and be consistent, and you will get your results.
Over time, your mindset will change and things will fall into place.
