During your free consultation, we will discuss what you are looking to achieve, any previous exercise experience and training preferences, health considerations and external constraints such as availability. Based on this I will discuss with you the best course of action to achieve the ideal result for you.
Personal Training takes place in my purpose built, private home studio. With plenty of equipment available (and air-con/heating), you will be sure to get a great workout. There are also several outside spaces available to use in the area if you’d rather get outside for your training, and I am more than happy to utilise these.
