Short Courses

On top of my Personal Training packages, I also offer a short course for the Big Lifts (Bench press, Squats and Deadlift). During this course, I teach you the technique on these 3 lifts, so you can safely train to your maximum potential.

There is also the New Year Kickstart short course. Only running during January, I guide you through the most common exercises, giving you the confidence to do some training on your own, or join an exercise class that you may have previously been to nervous to come to.
