3 Big Lifts. 4 Weeks.

This short course focuses on Bench Press, Squats and Deadlifts.

​

Over the course of the 4 weeks, you'll learn proper form, technique, and progression strategies for each lift, allowing you to get the most out of every rep and achieve your fitness goals faster. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, The Big Lifts Course will give you the tools you need to take your lifts to the next level.

Weeks 1-3 will focus on one lift per week, while week 4 will be an opportunity to put into practice what you have learnt by having a go at each lift, giving us a chance to iron out anything else that needs to be worked on.

This is either 1-2-1 with me, or bring a friend/lifting partner to train with.
