What is circuit training?

In a typical circuit training session, participants move through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components. These stations are a mixture of bodyweight only movements (e.g. push-ups), and ones which require equipment (e.g. dumbbells)
Each exercise is performed for a set duration or a specific number of repetitions before transitioning to the next station. This structured format allows for a full-body workout and targets different fitness aspects within a single session.
