My 12 Week Plan is designed to enable you to lose weight safely, and sustainably.

It incorporates training, nutrition, habit creation, behaviour change and mindset.

​

I know that probably sounds like a lot, but don't panic! You don't get everything thrown at you at once! The Plan has been designed to build gradually over the 12 weeks, giving you the best chance of staying on track.

​

All I ask of you is that you commit to the process. If you follow the plan, doing everything that is required of you each week, you will get results.
